How long does it take to get certified?

It depends on the exam and your starting point — most learners pass in 4 to 8 weeks studying 45 minutes a day. Our Readiness Radar tells you exactly when you're exam-ready.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and select regional gateways. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice / bank transfer.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading we prorate the difference for the remainder of the cycle; when downgrading the change takes effect at the next renewal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to My Account → Subscriptions → Manage billing. You can cancel in two clicks. Your access stays active until the end of the current cycle — no surprise charges.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not happy, contact support within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.

Can I get an invoice for my subscription?

Invoices are generated automatically and available under My Account → Payments. Need custom fields (VAT, PO number, company name)? Drop us a note and we'll issue an updated invoice.

Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?

Yes. Teams of 5+ get volume discounts, SSO, SAML, a team-wide analytics dashboard and webhook integrations with your LMS. Talk to us for a custom quote.

Is it safe to process payments on CertBoost.xyz?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted over TLS 1.3 and processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.

Can I share my account with someone else?

Account sharing is discouraged — our adaptive engine is tuned to a single learner's behaviour, and sharing skews your study plan. Multiple concurrent logins may trigger a security alert. Need a team licence? Check our Teams plan.

Are my payment details safe with CertBoost?

Absolutely. We never store full card details on our servers. Payments are tokenised by our PCI-certified providers, so even we don't have access to your card number.

Can I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Yes — enable it from My Account → Two-factor authentication. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) and SMS codes.

How often do you back up user data?

User data is backed up daily to encrypted, off-site regions. Restore point objective is under 24 hours; recovery time objective is under 4 hours.

I represent a certification body — can we collaborate?

Always open to it. Email email@certboost.xyz and our partnerships team will set up an intro call within 48 hours.

Do you offer an affiliate program?

Do you have APIs or integrations for third-party platforms?

Yes — REST APIs and webhooks for simulation exams, progress events and cert-status hooks. SSO via SAML / OIDC is available on Teams and Enterprise plans.
